How it works, you choose
Overprinted – printed in the UK
Overprinted orders are printed in the UK onto plain stock bags. We work from a small core range of simple, reliable styles (many with Cocobagh labels inside) and overprint them with your artwork.
If you need something outside that core range, we can also source additional stock styles in other colours and sizes. These may not all carry Cocobagh labels, but they can still be overprinted when that’s the right fit for your project.
From your side, Overprinted is simple: you receive a UK invoice from SW2 Creative and we handle bag supply, printing and delivery. We’ll confirm any one-off print setup costs once we’ve seen your artwork.
Minimum order: 250 bags
Typical lead time: around 2 weeks from artwork approval
Tailored – made from proven styles
Tailored orders are produced using our most popular base styles, fabrics and components. We adapt within shapes we know work well in production and logistics, which keeps quality high and lead times realistic.
You gain more control over size, fabric, colour, handles and pockets, while avoiding the cost and time of starting from scratch.
Minimum order: 500 bags
Production: typically 4–6 weeks
Shipping: usually 2 weeks by air, or around 8 weeks by sea
Bespoke – made to your specification
Bespoke orders are designed and developed specifically for you. We work with you on fabric, shape, pockets, labels and finishing, then sample and produce the bag to your specification.
This is the route for long-term, signature bags exclusive to your brand and worth taking the time to get right.
Minimum order: 2,000 bags
Design & development: typically 6–8 weeks
Production: usually 6–8 weeks
Freight: sea freight around 8 weeks, with the option to bring an initial quantity by air
How you buy Tailored and Bespoke orders
Once your Tailored or Bespoke specification is agreed, there are three ways to handle production and shipping:
1) Buy direct from our production partners (FOB)
Our production partners invoice you in USD on FOB terms. You (or your freight partner) manage shipping, customs and delivery.
Best if you’re already set up to import.
2) You import, SW2 manages the admin
Our production partners invoice you for the bags, while SW2 coordinates shipping, clearance and delivery with our freight partner. Freight and logistics costs are invoiced to you separately.
Best if you want control and transparency without the day-to-day logistics.
3) Full service via SW2 (UK landed, in GBP)
SW2 manages everything end-to-end and acts as the importer. You receive a single UK invoice in GBP covering bags, freight and associated costs.
Best if you want one supplier and no import paperwork.
Across all routes, you get a clear supply chain, trusted partners, and the specialist studio support of SW2 Creative. We’ll guide you through the options and be upfront about what’s realistic for your budget and timelines.
