Returns & Refunds Policy
SW2 Creative produces bags on a made-to-order basis. Because of this, returns and refunds are handled differently depending on the type of order.
Overprinted (UK-printed stock)
Overprinted bags are produced using stock styles that are printed to order with your artwork.
- Overprinted items are non-returnable once printed, unless faulty or incorrect.
- If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, print error, or damage in transit, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- changes of mind after printing
- artwork errors approved at proof stage

slight colour variation inherent in print and natural fabrics
Tailored & Bespoke orders
Tailored and Bespoke orders are made specifically to your approved specification.
- These orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
- Sampling, materials, and production are undertaken to your agreed brief and sign-off.

Any issues must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
If a genuine manufacturing fault is identified, we will work with you to agree an appropriate resolution, which may include partial remake, replacement, or credit.
Cancellations
- Overprinted orders may be cancelled before printing begins. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.

Tailored and Bespoke orders may only be cancelled before sampling or production begins. Any costs already incurred will be chargeable.
Shipping issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will liaise with the printer, manufacturer, or freight partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
