Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.sw2creative.com (the “Site”) and to any orders or services provided by SW2 Creative (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

Business customers only

SW2 Creative supplies goods and services to business customers only. Our products are sold for business use and are not intended for consumer purchase. By using this Site and/or placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of business (not as a consumer).


1. About SW2 Creative

SW2 Creative is a London-based bag studio producing overprinted, tailored and bespoke textile bags for brands, charities, galleries and museums.

2. Using our website

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. We may update or withdraw the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice.


3. Enquiries, quotes and specifications

Most SW2 Creative orders are made to order. Information on the Site is provided as a guide and may be updated.

When you request a quote, we may ask for details such as artwork, quantities, timings, delivery requirements and product specifications.

Quotes are valid for a stated period (or, if not stated, for 14 days) and may change if:

  • raw material costs change
  • freight costs or exchange rates change
  • the specification changes
  • lead times change due to production capacity

A project is only confirmed once the specification is agreed in writing and any required deposit or payment has been received.


4. Artwork approvals and proofing

For Overprinted orders, you are responsible for supplying artwork in the agreed format and for approving proofs before printing begins.

Once a proof is approved, SW2 Creative is not responsible for:

  • spelling errors, incorrect logos, or incorrect artwork supplied by you
  • colour variation inherent in printing and natural fabrics
  • minor tolerance differences common in textile production

5. Production tolerances

Textile products naturally include minor variations. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you accept reasonable industry tolerances, including:

  • slight variations in colour between batches
  • minor size variance
  • small differences in fabric texture or weave

6. Minimum order quantities and lead times

Minimum order quantities and lead times vary by route (Overprinted, Tailored, Bespoke). All timelines are estimates and may change due to factors outside our control, including shipping delays, customs processes, supplier lead times, or force majeure events.

We will communicate promptly if timelines change.


7. Pricing, VAT and payment

All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise agreed and are exclusive of VAT unless clearly stated. VAT will be added where applicable and shown on your invoice.

Payment terms will be confirmed at quote stage. We may require:

  • full payment prior to dispatch (common for Overprinted)
  • deposits and stage payments (common for Tailored and Bespoke)
  • payment in advance for sampling, tooling or development

Work may be paused and dispatch withheld if invoices are overdue.

VAT invoices

We issue VAT invoices for all orders where VAT is applicable.


8. Shipping, import and delivery (Tailored & Bespoke)

For Tailored and Bespoke orders involving international production, we may offer different purchasing routes, which will be confirmed in writing. Depending on the route chosen:

  • you may be the importer of record (and responsible for customs, duties, VAT and clearance), or
  • SW2 Creative may act as importer and provide a UK-landed invoice

Risk in goods transfers according to the agreed shipping terms for your order. Title may remain with SW2 Creative until full payment is received.


9. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on the Site.

In summary:

  • Overprinted orders are non-returnable once printed unless faulty or incorrect
  • Tailored and Bespoke orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun

10. Faults and claims

If goods arrive faulty, incorrect, or damaged, you must notify us within 5 working days of delivery and provide photographs and details.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will agree an appropriate remedy (replacement, repair, credit or refund) at our discretion.


11. Intellectual property

All content on this Site (text, images, branding) is owned by or licensed to SW2 Creative and may not be copied or used without written permission.

You confirm that you have the rights to any artwork, logos or content you supply to us and grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of producing your order.


12. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared as part of a project (including pricing, specifications or product details) should be treated as confidential by both parties unless otherwise agreed.


13. Limitation of liability

We do our best to ensure accurate information and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SW2 Creative will not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses
  • loss of profits, business or goodwill
  • delays caused by events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.


14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including shipping disruption, customs delays, strikes, supplier shutdowns, extreme weather, or governmental actions.


15. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot be excluded. As SW2 Creative trades on a business-to-business basis, consumer protection legislation does not apply to orders placed with us in the course of business.
